New Moon Meditation

In this meditation we will connect with our higher self to explore the deeper meaning of our lives, our true nature and our hearts desires. We don’t need to search for it, it is ready and waiting within us. All we need to do is connect, and listen. Unlike resolutions, which are often created from a feeling of lack, of not being enough, when we connect with our true nature, we recognise that we are all already who we need to be to fulfil our life’s purpose.

Winter Solstice Meditation

Surrender to the stillness that winter encourages us to find, and allow yourself to feel part of the shift that is about to take place in nature.

Reflect on your desires for the year ahead and let go of anything you wish to leave behind.

3 Part Relaxation Meditation

This deeply relaxing practice begins with a 4:8 breathing exercise to calm the nervous system and activate the relation response, this is followed by a calming meditation to promote stillness and peace, and finishes with a full body scan, bringing awareness to each part of the body and releasing any tension or stress that is held there.

A great practise for the end of the day for a mind and body re-set, or at bedtime to promote deep and restful sleep.

Ocean Breath with a Beach Visualisation.

Ocean Breath (Ujjayi Pranayama) is a simple breathing technique of slightly constricting the back of the throat, deepening and lengthening the inhalations and exhalations. This creates a sound like ocean waves.

This technique calms the body's fight-or-flight response and promotes relaxation. This technique can be practiced at any time but it can also be used as relief in a moment of stress or anxiety, to calm and balance the mind and nervous system.

Body Scan Meditation.

Bring your awareness to each part of the body, breathing into any areas of tension or holding, allowing muscles to soften and the body and mind to surrender completely.

A nourishing and restorative practise for stress release and deep relaxation.

Finding Stillness

A meditation to shift your attention and awareness to the present moment by focussing on the breath and the sensation of the breath in the body. Perfect for stepping out of autopilot and in to being mode, for stillness, calm and inner peace.

Third Eye (Ajna) Chakra

A meditation for opening the third eye chakra and activating the pineal gland.

When your third eye is awakened, your imagination, creativity, intuition, and lucid dreaming are enhanced, and your moods are stable.

When your pineal gland is healthy and active, you easily experience empathy and a sense of connection and belonging, and a heightened state of clarity that goes beyond the five senses.
