Breathwork for Managing Stress - 90 minute workshop
This workshop is an excellent introduction to the benefits of breathwork and how simple breathing techniques can be used to manage stress, both in the moment and also as a long term solution for keeping the nervous system healthy and balanced thereby building resilience to stress and anxiety and avoiding burnout and feelings of overwhelm.
In this informative and practical session, participants will:
Understand stress, identify their stressors and signs of elevated stress levels.
Understand the nervous system and its connection to our breathing.
Use diaphragmatic breathing to affect the nervous system.
Learn and practise 3 breathing exercises.
Learn progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR).
Devise a personal strategy for managing stress both on a day to day basis and following crisis situations.

Resilience through mindfulness - 6 week course
This is a practical and experiential course based on scientific theory and techniques proven to reduce stress, anxiety and burnout, and increase wellbeing, positivity, attention and concentration.
We meet every week for 6 weeks either online or in-person at your place of work. Each session is 1 hour long and participants are strongly encouraged to attend every session.
