Join us for an hour and a half of calm and inner peace in a group setting. These guided Yin yoga and meditation classes are suitable for those new to yoga and meditation or anyone who would like some live guided practise.

Breathwork for Managing Stress

4-week course

Breathwork is excellent for reducing stress and anxiety, boosting digestion, balancing energy, and promoting deep sleep. We work together once a week for 4 weeks, my approach is very simple, science based and effective for everyone. No experience necessary. These sessions are 1:1 and take place online. £149pp
